This weekend is packed with holiday happenings. Saturday brings the Downtown Cookie Crawl, Eden Try's free Holiday Market with an ugly sweater fashion show, and the Christmas Train Show. Sunday, brunch with Santa at the Nationals stadium or shop the Bliss Holiday Soiree.

And Woof Houze needs donations through December 19th to make sure every shelter dog gets a Christmas gift.

Collect a dozen cookies and treats from downtown Fredericksburg businesses during this family-friendly crawl from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, starting at the Visitor Center with your tin and map. Proceeds benefit Fredericksburg Main Street while supporting local restaurants, bakeries, and shops who are serving up the sweetness.

Shop Local and Sip Festive: Eden Try Winery's Free Holiday Market Returns December 13th with Ugly Sweater Fashion Show

Browse local vendors, write letters to Santa, and enjoy mulled wine or hot cocoa at Eden Try Winery's Holiday Market from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 13th. The free, family-friendly event features live music, holiday photo ops, and a DIY ugly sweater station complete with a fashion show to show off your festive creations.

Local Dogs Getting Christmas Gifts Too: How Woof Houze Is Making Sure Every Pup Has Something to Unwrap

Woof Houze is collecting toys, treats, and supplies through December 19th to deliver Christmas gifts to shelter dogs, rescue pups, and families facing tough times. Drop off donations at their Fredericksburg location or volunteer to help wrap and deliver gifts before Christmas Eve.
