Chef Daniel Perron Is Redefining Downtown Fredericksburg Dining at Locavore

What started as a Secret Supper Club in his own home has grown into one of downtown Fredericksburg's most exciting restaurants. On Episode 120 of the FXBG Neighbors Podcast, chef and owner Daniel Perron shares the story behind Locavore, a seasonal American kitchen on William Street that draws from Mid Atlantic farms and bold Korean flavors to create dishes that are approachable, creative, and rooted in community. From scratch made staples to the fan favorite Kalbi Beef Skewers, Daniel talks about what it really takes to run a restaurant, why patience and margins matter more than passion alone, and what's next with the upcoming rooftop bar Folklore.
