Farm Fest: End of Summer Edition (free admission) Gardening Gays Farm in King George sends off summer with 30-plus vendors, food trucks, a beer truck, bounce houses, and pumpkin decorating, 10 am to 5 pm both Saturday and Sunday, 15267 James Madison Pkwy. See the Facebook event.

An afternoon of pampering does not usually come with a scholarship attached. Spatique does. Now in its second year, the Isaiah Benjamin Aronoff Foundation's women's fundraiser turns a day of self-care into tuition help and care packages for local students heading to college.
