Hey neighbors!

A few weeks ago, I got a behind-the-scenes tour of Bloomia's growing operation in King George County, and honestly, it blew my mind. I had no idea that the largest cut tulip producer in the entire United States was right here in our backyard. And now for the first time ever, they are opening their fields to the public.

One million tulips. Pick your own bouquet. Food trucks, live music, local breweries, and the kind of spring energy that makes you want to stay all day.

Tickets are open, and they will sell out. Here is everything you need to know.

Let's get into it!

A Million Tulips Are About to Bloom in Your Backyard 🌷

Picture this. You are walking through a field of one million tulips in full bloom, bouquet in hand, surrounded by live music, food trucks, and local craft beer. That is not a dream. That is happening right here in our backyard this April.

Bloomia, the largest cut flower tulip producer in the entire United States, is opening its King George County farm to the public for the very first time. You might not have known it, but this incredible operation has been growing right outside Fredericksburg since 2012, supplying roughly 120 million tulip stems every year to retailers like Whole Foods, Wegmans, and Publix.

Now they are sharing the magic with us.

The Tulip Festival runs two weekends in mid to late April with free parking, shuttle service to the fields, and one of the most stunning spring settings you will ever experience right in our own region.

🌷 Individual Pass: $35 | 10 stems included

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Pass: $125 | 40 stems for 4 people

👶 Kids 3 and under are free

🚗 Free parking and shuttle included

☔ Open rain or shine

Fair warning: tickets are expected to sell out fast and this is the kind of event you will regret missing.
