For years, I poured into everyone else while ignoring the warning signs in my own body—until autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, and constant pain became my normal. There were days I couldn’t get out of bed. My marriage felt the strain. My parenting suffered. After countless doctor visits and little real guidance on nutrition or movement, I was exhausted and frustrated.

I got to a breaking point: I was simply sick of feeling sick.

So I chose to do the hard work. I learned how to fuel my body, how to move with purpose, and how to advocate for my own health. In the process, I lost over 50 pounds, regained my energy, and found strength I didn’t know I had. But more importantly, I realized something bigger — too many women were suffering just like I had.

That’s why I built Veteran Empires Integrated Wellness (V.E.I.W.).

As a U.S. Army veteran, wife, mom of two, and career woman, I understand what it feels like to carry everyone else while running on empty. Today, I specialize in helping women — especially those over 40 — take back control of their health through holistic fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching.

Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and success through my own struggle, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience. My clients range from 20 year olds training for career fitness tests to women 40+ who’ve “tried every diet” and finally want sustainable change. Together, we focus on strength, confidence, and lifelong habits — not quick fixes.
