Be The Bean began with one simple but powerful idea: when placed in hot water, the coffee bean does not allow its environment to change it—it transforms the environment around it.
That idea has grown into a movement of faith-driven professionals choosing to positively influence their businesses, workplaces, families, and communities.
Be The Bean is not simply a networking group. We do network because relationships and meaningful connections matter in business—but exchanging business cards is not our ultimate purpose. We gather to encourage one another, grow as leaders, build trusted relationships, and learn how to live out our faith in the places where God has planted us.
What began as one monthly gathering has continued to grow. Be The Bean now meets at 9:00 a.m. on the first Thursday of each month at REIGN The Venue in Fredericksburg. These welcoming gatherings combine meaningful conversation, leadership encouragement, faith, and opportunities to form genuine personal and professional connections.
We have also added the 2nd Cup, another monthly gathering featuring inspiring speakers, practical teaching, and deeper conversations about faith, leadership, business, and community.
